Leonard Kreinces has practiced law in the New York Metropolitan area for more than 47 years. Mr. Kreinces is an authority on matters under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).

Howard Rosenberg has practiced law in New York for over 16 years. He represents numerous companies including those in the food service industry, corrugated and packaging industry, financial industry, home improvement industry and building maintenance industry.
In 1986 he received his B.S. degree from SUNY Oneonta in Business Administration and Political Science. He then continued on his chosen professional path by attending Touro Law School, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington, NY.
While studying at that Touro, he was elected President of the Student Bar Association, and has also served on numerous committees there - both during and after his graduation.
Mr. Rosenberg was granted his law degree in 1990 and earned admittance to both the New York State Bar and the Connecticut Bar in 1991. Subsequently, he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Noteworthy among his areas of expertise are cases under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) 7 U.S.C. 499(e). Mr. Rosenberg is one of a few highly focused, deeply experienced attorneys who can handle complex cases involving agricultural issues on various governmental levels.
